We appreciate your interest in attending our Friday Night Live event (“Event”). We understand that circumstances may change, and in the interest of providing clear guidance to our attendees, we have established the following refund policy:
Cancellation by Attendee
If an attendee needs to cancel their ticket to the Event, they must notify Matthew Krivanek in writing by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Friday Night Live – Ticket Cancellation.” The following refund conditions apply:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation request is received by Matthew Krivanek at least 14 days prior to the Event date, the attendee will receive a full refund of the ticket fee, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is received by Matthew Krivanek between 7 and 13 days prior to the Event date, the attendee will receive a 50% refund of the ticket fee, minus any applicable processing fees.
- No Refund: If the cancellation request is received by Matthew Krivanek less than 7 days prior to the Event date, no refund will be issued.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the rare case that the Event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Matthew Krivanek will notify all registered attendees as soon as possible. Attendees will have the option to either receive a full refund of the ticket fee, minus any applicable processing fees or transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, if applicable.
Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
No-show Policy
If an attendee does not attend the Event and fails to provide written notification of cancellation prior to the Event, no refund will be issued.
By purchasing a Friday Night Live event ticket, the attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this refund policy.
